Twelve years on from the events of the iconic sitcom Green Wing, the cast is reunited in podcast form. East Hampton Hospital has seen significant changes. Guy Secretan (Stephen Mangan) has become a media personality while still working as an anesthetist. ‘Mac’ MacCartney (Julian Rhind-Tutt) returns to surgery after several near-death experiences, while Caroline Todd (Tamsin Greig) has become a medical pioneer in America. Harriet Schulenberg (Olivia Colman) is now Head of HR, and Boyce (Oliver Chris) leads radiology. Alan Statham (Mark Heap) returned after psychiatric care following his killing spree with Joanna Clore (Pippa Haywood), who was imprisoned. The anarchic Sue White (Michelle Gomez) is somehow still staff liaison officer, and Martin Dear (Karl Theobald) still hasn’t qualified as a doctor despite years of trying.
